Nicholas Wins Big at Artexpo NY!

If you were among our many friends visiting us at International Artexpo New York Feb. 26 - Mar. 2, THANK YOU! It was great to see you. WELCOME to our new friends and colleagues.

Artexpo was a fantastic success! -- New friends and colleagues and a whole world of opportunity opened, thanks to Nicholas' outstanding paintings which were said to be "the heartbeat of the show."

Nicholas wins big at ArtExpo NYNicholas won the Green Artist Challenge for Best Environmental Message - Painting - awarded by Artexpo and Wyland, renowned artist and conservation advocate - www.Wyland.com.  The honor was for his outstanding depictions of environmental icons, including Primatologist, Dr. Jane Goodall, Everglades Photographer and  Conservationist, Clyde Butcher, and Nicholas' wife, Connie Bransilver, ILCP Fellow and conservation photographer.

Nicholas not only LIVES conservation and "green" in his life and in his work, but he also chooses to paint those icons of conservation who are the trend-makers of the environmental movement.

Jane Goodall selected Nicholas to do her portrait because of their shared commitment to a safe, sane, gentle and greener world.  Nicholas is committed to painting people who, like Jane, make this a better, more livable planet. www.JaneGoodall.com

Clyde Butcher's medium is large format black and white photography to tell the story of the 'Glades.  He and Nicholas are of one mind:  conservation, and reaching people by showing them beauty.  www.ClydeButcher.com

Connie is entirely devoted to conservation, a leader in conservation photography, and a discoverer of a new species of lemur in Madagascar where she worked to conserve the species, the habitat and improve the lot of the people living there.  www.ConnieBransilver.com.
